- The P.A.W.A. Process
Learning to Become a Conscious Choice-Maker
We all make
choices every moment of everyday, and our choices do have an impact.
So, the question is...
Do you want your choices to have a negative or positive impact?
This TeleClass will teach you
how to make deliberate choices that are in line with your value system. The PAWA process (pause, ask
the questions, wait for a response, act) is a set of four tools that can help you feel empowered, and better able to live
a life that creates both internal joy and external peace.
It is possible to make choices that
bring happiness to you, and to that which is affected by your choices. Gina will teach you how.

Gina Diamond is the Founder and President of Green Diamond Consulting.
Gina is passionate about her work, and believes that all people have strengths and something positive to contribute.
She gently helps people become more conscious so that they can tap into those strengths, acknowledge their greatness and ultimately
live a purposeful, joyful, and fulfilling life. She has over 13 years experience working as an advisor, mentor,
and career counselor for the University of Washington’s Program on the Environment (PoE) and Shoreline Community College’s
International Programs. Several of her sustainability recommendations were adopted by PoE, and she initiated the first
green Business course offered at the undergraduate level. She earned a B.S. in Rhetoric and Communication
from The University of Oregon and a Master of Education in Humane Education (teaching the principles of environmental sustainability,
human rights, and animal protection as an interconnected discipline) from Cambridge College. This is the only degree
